Compulsion
My pointer finger and middle go on a walk
On a walk, and then a run back.
Not a run, more so a flee. The two flee, A dam breaking. A free form eruption.
A sewer tunnel of fermented syrup.
They sit upon a higher plane and watch, they sit and think and watch.
The two enjoy it together, as friends? From their protected balcony.
A jump from dumb heights, masks an awareness of direction.
The topography of a scab. Of my flesh, of their siblings.
Black and blue and pink and red and black.
I squeal when green. Could be green. It's a sort of gem of a sight.
Green is remembrance in the act.
I trust green, the color sits on my body with evolved understanding.
My blood is red but I wish it were green.
Green like bodily wisdom, green like all-knowing, all-healing.
Green like my God, green when I look at the moon.
I could swallow the moon whole and would see green.
My eyes, Marbles,
Rubber balls,
Olives,
The pit of the olives.
One day, they will grow back
